Atalian wishes to enhance its operational processes while adding value to its client park. The aim is to guide the technician on the field and to trace his maintenance operations better.
The technicians used to record measured data (meter rounds, water analysis rounds, etc.) on Excel Sheets or on paper. They did not have detailed processes of the tasks to execute. A large number of records were forgotten or not executed properly.
What Ermeo has changed
- Atalian has transformed all its measurement results into interactive and dynamic form
- In the form, the technician has access to the history of each statement
- The forms are linked to the Database, which allows an update of the database directly from the form
- The reports are better traced and the technicians’ productivity is enhanced
